Elster Perfection’s Snippers are perfect for 1/8" to 2-3/8" (3-59mm) Polyethylene, Polybutylene, Polypropylene, vinyl, PVC, and ABS pipe and tubing. These snippers are a ratchet style allowing for one hand operation.
