In 1988, Elster Perfection and National Fuel began collaborative development of the Polyethylene Shut-off Valve. Weien will be responsible for the quality assurance of the Elster Perfection product line. He will oversee the direction of the QA processes for our enterprise-wide business modernization effort. Mark will be responsible for developing Best in Class QA programs consistent with Elster Perfection’s focus to further automate, drive Lean practices and efficiency in the organization.
